Refund policy

Returns
If your item arrives in disrepair, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace the item. No refunds or exchanges on clothing as we can not accept clothing back once it has left our doors. No refunds, returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Limited lifetime warranty

 Drink ware - All drink ware products are covered with a limited lifetime warranty. If the item breaks at any point in time it will be replaced ONE TIME free of charge to include shipping. The limited lifetime warranty will not extend to the life of the replacement product.

Apparel and accessories - Our limited lifetime warranty will not cover apparel and accessory products that are not correct due to our mistakes. We will not replace an item due to incorrect color, size, design or garment choice by the customer. As our website enables our customers to choose exactly what they want. Color, size, design and garment errors with the customer. 

Sale items - Sale items are not covered under the limited lifetime warranty.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your proof of damage is received, we will send you an email to notify you the status of your replacement item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aminkd@yahoo.com. We will respond within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will notify you by email for any status updates.
